By accessing and using PetLoversDen ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers on PetLoversDen must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding animal welfare, breeding, and sales.

- •Health records and vaccination documentation must be provided
- •Care journals tracking pet history are mandatory
- •Sellers must respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- •Misrepresentation of pets or their conditions is strictly prohibited
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must ensure they are prepared to provide proper care and a suitable environment for any pet they acquire through the Platform.

- •Complete payment through the Platform's secure payment system
- •Report any concerns or issues immediately
5. Payments and Fees
PetLoversDen charges service fees for listings and transactions. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. Sellers are responsible for listing fees and transaction fees as outlined in our pricing structure.
Refund policies are determined by individual sellers, subject to Platform guidelines. PetLoversDen reserves the right to withhold funds in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PetLoversDen:
- •Sale of endangered or protected species
- •Animal abuse, neglect, or inhumane treatment
- •Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation
- •Circumventing the Platform's payment system
- •Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
- •Unauthorized data collection or scraping
7. Intellectual Property
All content on PetLoversDen, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PetLoversDen or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant PetLoversDen a license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
PetLoversDen acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, breed, or sell pets directly. While we verify sellers and maintain quality standards, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information or the condition of pets listed.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PetLoversDen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or transactions conducted through it.
9. Termination
PetLoversDen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities. Users may also close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
